Black Cane Dining Chair
In the mid-1800s, Michael Thonet led a revolution in furniture making, inventing a method for bending wood to create super-strong, lightweight chairs. Crafted by TON in the original Thonet factory, this chair is true to the famous Chair 811, designed by Josef Hoffman for Thonet in 1930. It combines a solid wood frame with a tight yet flexible cane seat and back in rounded shapes that feel spacious and supportive.
